All products and services are subject to availability.

Physical Products

Product images are for illustration purposes only.
LEGO sets, games, and accessories may vary slightly from images shown.
If an item becomes unavailable, we may substitute it with a similar product of equal or greater value. Where possible, we will contact you before doing so.

In-Store Services

We offer:

Table bookings
Creative free-play LEGO
Board and card games
Build & Play LEGO kits
Events, workshops, parties, and gaming sessions

Availability of tables, kits, and events may vary.

5. Table Bookings & In-Store Use

Table bookings are charged per hour.
Bookings include access to free-play LEGO and board/card games.
Build & Play LEGO kits are optional extras and charged separately depending on kit complexity.
Children remain the responsibility of their parent or guardian at all times.
We reserve the right to refuse entry or end a session if behaviour becomes unsafe or disruptive.

6. Build & Play LEGO Kits

Build & Play kits are built on site only unless otherwise stated.
Pricing varies depending on size and complexity.
Kits must be returned complete and in reasonable condition at the end of the session.
Lost or deliberately damaged parts may incur a charge.

7. Events, Parties & Workshops

Event tickets are non-refundable unless cancelled by us.
If an event is cancelled, rescheduled, or significantly changed, you will be offered a refund or alternative date.
Photography may take place during events for marketing purposes unless you opt out.

8. How Our Online Contract Works

When you place an order online:

You’ll receive an order confirmation email (this is not a contract).
A contract is formed when your items are dispatched and you receive a dispatch confirmation.

9. Online Pricing & Offers

Online prices may differ from in-store prices.
Some discounts are online-only or event-specific.
Promotions are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time.

10. Delivery

We use trusted couriers including Royal Mail, Evri (Hermes), UPS, and Parcelforce.
Delivery dates are estimates only.
Risk passes to you once items are delivered to the address provided.
Ownership transfers once full payment is received.

11. Refunds & Returns

You are entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair if items are faulty or misdescribed.

Returns Policy

Issues must be reported within 3 months of purchase.
Proof of purchase and photographs may be required.
Personalised, custom-made, or perishable items are non-refundable unless faulty.
Bulk deals and repacked items are sold as-is and are non-returnable unless damaged or misdescribed.

12. Bulk Deals & Repacked Items

Contents and ratios are not guaranteed.
Items may include duplicates, pre-owned elements, or surplus stock.
No refunds for dissatisfaction with contents.

13. Personalisation

We reserve the right to refuse personalisation containing offensive, inappropriate, or copyrighted material.
If rejected, you may contact us for review.

14. Pricing, Payments & Pre-Orders

Payments accepted via Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, and Wix-supported providers.
Prices are in GBP (£).
Obvious pricing errors may result in cancellation unless you agree to the corrected price.

Pre-Orders

Pre-orders are subject to supplier allocation and availability.
If a pre-order cannot be fulfilled and no suitable alternative exists, store credit will be issued.
In special circumstances, a refund may be given minus 10% card and administration fees.

15. Liability

We are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our negligence.
We are not liable for indirect or business losses.
Products and services are for personal use only.

16. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, including strikes, supplier failures, extreme weather, or power outages.

17. Corporate & Group Bookings

You confirm authority to act on behalf of your organisation.
Products and services are for internal use only.
Additional charges may apply for large or multi-location bookings.

18. Wholesale

We do not currently offer wholesale services.
