By ordering from The Brick Hut, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, including our Privacy Policy and delivery information. We update these from time to time, so please check back to stay informed. All contracts and communications are in English.

4. Our Products

  • All products on our site are subject to availability.

  • If a product is out of stock, we may substitute it with a similar item of equal or higher value.

  • When possible, we’ll try to contact you about substitutions, but sometimes orders are time-sensitive.

  • Product images are for illustration only; actual items may vary slightly.

  • Pricing errors are rare but possible; if a price is incorrect, we may cancel your order and notify you.


5. How Our Contract Works

When you order, you’ll receive an email confirming your order details. This is not a contract. The contract forms when we dispatch your items, at which point you’ll get a dispatch confirmation email.


6. Online Pricing

We offer great discounts online, including some exclusive deals not available in-store. If you have questions about offers, email us at enquiries@thebrickhut.co.uk.


7. Delivery

  • We use trusted couriers like Hermes, Parcelforce, UPS, and Royal Mail.

  • Delivery dates are estimates only and not guaranteed.

  • Delivery is complete once your order arrives at the address you provided.

  • Products are at your risk after delivery.

  • You own the products once we receive full payment, including delivery charges.


8. Refunds and Returns

  • You have the right to a refund, replacement, repair, or compensation if goods are faulty or misdescribed.

  • Personalised, custom-made, or perishable items can only be refunded or replaced if damaged or delayed.

  • You must contact us within 3 months of your order date to report issues.

  • Proof of purchase and photos may be requested.

  • Bulk deals and repacks are sold as-is, non-returnable unless damaged or misdescribed.


9. Bulk Deals and Repacked Items

  • Contents and ratios are not guaranteed in bulk or repacked bundles.

  • Items may be pre-owned, duplicates, or excess stock.

  • No returns or refunds due to dissatisfaction with contents.


10. Personalisation

  • We reserve the right to reject personalisation requests that include offensive or inappropriate messages.

  • If you disagree with a rejection, contact us for review.


11. Events Beyond Our Control (Force Majeure)

We aren’t liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as strikes, natural disasters, or power outages. We’ll update our website with any important changes.


12. Pricing and Payment

  • We accept Visa and Mastercard payments via PayPal & other terms via our hosting provider WIX.

  • Please provide accurate payment and billing details.

  • Prices are in British Pounds (£) and may change, but your price is fixed once we dispatch your order.

  • Delivery charges are extra and shown at checkout.

  • If there’s an obvious pricing error, we may cancel your order unless you wish to pay the difference.

  • All pre-orders are subject to suppliers and allocation, while we try to ensure Pre-orders are met occasionally miscalculations and stock availability is under estimated. In these instances where alternative products are not suitable store credit will be given AND in special circumstances a refund (minus 10% card transaction and admin fees) will be given.


13. Our Liability

  • For consumers, we’re responsible for foreseeable loss or damage due to our fault.

  • Products are for personal use only, not commercial resale.

  • We’re not liable for business losses or delays caused by uncontrollable events.


14. Corporate Orders

  • If ordering for a business, you confirm you have authority.

  • Terms form the entire agreement; no reliance on outside promises.

  • Products are for internal use only, not resale.

  • Liability limited to product price; we exclude implied warranties where possible.

  • Extra delivery charges may apply for large or multi-address orders.


15. Wholesale

We currently do not offer wholesale options.


16. Privacy Notice

We protect your privacy in line with UK and EU laws. We collect only necessary info (name, contact, payment details, etc.) to process your order and provide service.

  • We never sell or rent your info.

  • We work with trusted third parties like Wix (analytics), PayPal (payments), and delivery companies.

  • You have rights to access, correct, or delete your data.

  • Cookies help improve your experience and website performance.
