Sign Up to our membership (£14.99 per month)
Pick your set each month – In Store
Build your set at home (or start in store and then finish building it at home)
Return your set to store
Pick another one (unlimited picks per month)

What's the age range?

You’re never too old to play with LEGO®, right? And If you’re over 4 years old (and we guess you are) any LEGO® set in Brick Hut @ Home library will work for you.

But if you want a closer age guide, check the set’s recommended age listing on the box. This can help you decide which set will be a good fit for you.

How long can I borrow the set(s)?

If you’re having fun, you can build, play and display your LEGO® set for up to 2 weeks at a time, while you continue to pay your monthly subscription. If you end the subscription then you must return the set.
Once you’re done, bring it back to the shop. We’ll check it and make sure it’s complete and once this is done, you can take a new one home the same day and then come back in the same day again (if you like).

Help! I've got a piece missing! What do I do?

  • We don’t want anything to spoil your Lego building fun time. That’s why we go over and above to make sure you get a complete LEGO® set when you Join “The Brick Hut @ Home”.

  • Having a piece or two missing may not spoil your fun as you can probably get your build on anyway. But in the unlikely event that you receive a set with pieces missing, please let us know ASAP by calling us on 07957584287 (within normal opening hours - www.thebrickhut.co.uk) - and let us know the part number missing on the last page of the instruction manual. We will endeavour to have the part ready to collect ASAP!

I'm sorry. I've lost a piece. Will you forgive me?

  • Of course! We’re only human. Sometimes accidents happen and LEGO® pieces go AWOL. Again, please let us know. If it’s one or two pieces or under 10 grams we may be able to replace it from our library at no extra cost to you.

  • Please be aware, though, that we always check sets on return. If you return a set back with missing pieces over 10 grams or the lost LEGO® pieces are rare, you will be charged the cost price for the replacement pieces and a £5 admin fee. As soon as this balance is settled, you can borrow a new set. (We can charge your stored card in the membership system to recoup this)

Can I change or cancel my subscription?

  • No problem. The Brick Hut @ Home subscriptions are fully flexible.

  • · Want to cancel? Return your set, we’ll check it and then you can cancel your subscription.

How clean are the LEGO® sets?

  •  We work really hard to make sure returned sets are sanitised and they regularly get washed when they’ve been borrowed consecutively.

  • Drop us an email at enquiries@thebrickhut.co.uk or contact us via the 'Contact Page' on the website if you’d like to see a new theme in our library. Or if there’s a kit that you’ve dreamed of building, for like, forever, then get in touch with the Brick Hut team. We love to hear your ideas! As the scheme develops and subscriptions continue then we will of course increase the amount of sets available.

Is Your Lego Genuine?

  • Every TBH@H  (The Brick Hut @ Home) set is 100% legit LEGO®.

What happens IF my subscription payment isn't made?

  • We will manually attempt the stored card and if this fails we will contact you on the given phone number and advise that payment has not been made.

    We will send a payment update link via email OR text for you to set up a NEW alternative payment method. IF this isn't updated and you still have sets on LOAN, we will look to not only recover missed payments but also payment for unreturned kits (value of the set).

What happens IF I do not return a borrowed Lego kits?

  • We will contact you and politely remind you to return the borrowed Lego Set. If we have to contact you MORE than 2 times in the same month, we will look to charge your stored card details for the FULL value of the Lego kit (only if we feel you’re not going to bring the kit back)! We will tell you this is going to happen! We will prosecute (small claims court) for unpaid / unreturned kits only if needed! (we hope it doesn’t go this far)
